The New Zealand Spirits Awards Bar-Takeover is a two-week celebration running from Saturday 16 August to Saturday 30 August, directly following the 2025 NZ Spirits Awards.

This nationwide initiative is designed to showcase the exceptional spirits awarded Gold at this year’s awards. Participating bars will create a bespoke cocktail menu featuring approximately five to ten cocktails, using a curated selection of Gold-winning spirits. 

Fever-Tree are the exclusive carbonated mixer for the event, bringing their premium range to the forefront of each menu. 

This is a unique opportunity for bars to spotlight world-class local spirits in creative serves and engage patrons in a national celebration of distilling excellence.
